Fees for services already performed are non-refundable. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on the circumstances of the service provided.

If an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes when available.
